While the educators at our private schools may have a variety of denominational and non-denominational backgrounds, they all have one thing in common: they want to follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ, the greatest teacher ever alive on Earth.
Shaping the future in LOVE.

Our educators lead by example: they live the values Jesus Christ taught.
With meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, our international school model is aimed at engaging educators as learning facilitators who create learning spaces that inspire, elevate, and enrich the lives of every single learner who engages with them.
A group of Chilean biological researchers including Francisco Varela conducted a study to establish the root of knowledge. They came to the surprising conclusion that LOVE lies at the root of all human knowledge: without love, no human would share knowledge with another effectively. This is the ‘key performance indicator’ (KPI) question for our educators: “Do you love each child in your class ENOUGH to support it to learn to the BEST of its own ability?”
Our private International Schools are geared to redefine the educational landscape globally, serving as a nexus of innovation, real-life community engagement, and state-of-the-art technology. Our educators pay homage to the rich history of excellence in human education, while embracing the future, ensuring that the application of technology serves as a beacon of inspiration to assist learners in fulfilling their God-given gifts and talents.

Growing Young Christian Leaders
We don’t consider being an educator as someone who just has a ‘job’ – we believe that helping to raise other people’s children is a highly worthy and respected vocation: a life lived with deep meaning and purpose, shaping the world one learner at a time.
We’re getting ready to open our first International School in the City of Tshwane, capital city of South Africa. We are currently headhunting excellent educators to set the tone at this private school, who can immediately position this as a flagship of excellence, globally. Our educator team will consist of highly qualified, experienced and accomplished educators from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds, both local and from other countries.
FAQs
What is the role of an educator at your International School?
Our educators are deeply caring mentors who guide and supervise our learners, as they embark on their individual, online learning journeys. All academic learning activities are self-paced, ensuring that each learner can repeat lessons and exercises as often as necessary to achieve mastery. Our goal is mastery, not just a ‘pass-rate’: we believe that every child has the ability to enjoy the learning journey, especially when it is not clouded by unnecessary stress, performance anxiety or peer-based competition. In addition, our educators are teamwork facilitators and teach leadership skills through daily groupwork activities. These activities are extra-curricular and are focused on developing the character and personality of each learner, while growing the talents and gifts every child has received from God. Our vision is to be at the forefront of educational innovation, fostering a global community of lifelong learning enthusiasts united by a passion for creating excellence and beauty, while developing a service culture. From our perspective, every learning endeavor is an opportunity to shape the future.
Who is behind the International School model?
Our private school model is the result of many years of research and experience by different education and development specialists. Rooted in the Lutheran Church school tradition, both in Africa, as well as in America, but influenced by leading school models, including the “Salem International College” in Germany and the “Hong Kong International School” in Hong Kong, as well as current learning technology and instructional design, we bring a highly innovative approach to school-based education, introducing self-paced, online learning methodology and extensive groupwork and real-life experiential learning opportunities. There is not one specific individual behind this International School model – it is the sum total of best global education practices (including Finnish and Japanese public school experiences), combined with innovation based on the fast-changing current business environment, which is characterised by the advent of AI, Virtual Reality, Social Media and Robotics.
I’d like to get to meet fellow learners, how can I do that?
We’re currently preparing the launch of our very first International School. This school is being established in an exclusive residential estate in the capital city of South Africa. Generally speaking, we are aiming to establish our International Schools in capital cities across the world, working with like-minded visionaries, who wish to partner with us through a franchise-based model. As such, our current learner intake is limited to residents in this specific residential estate. However, if you are keen to apply for admission to this International School, you are welcome to submit your application, bearing in mind that you would either need to move to live in this residential estate, or we can arrange boarding for your child with one of the families who have agreed to accommodate learners whose parents live elsewhere. Once you have submitted your application, we will invite you to in-person or virtual briefing sessions, where you can also interact with other prospective parents and learners.
Can I apply to be a part of the team or work as a freelance tutor, coach, mentor or educator?
Yes, you are welcome to submit an application via our LinkedIn page, which will be ready to accept applications as from 15 August 2025.
