Let Love Lead!
Our world needs leaders who love the people whom they have been called to lead. This is true at all levels of leadership – personal, marriage, family, business, community, institutional and governmental.
Sadly, when we look at the people we elect to hold office in our highest positions of governmental authority, we rarely see the kind of leadership that inspires us, uplifts us, encourages us to be our best.
This is why the ultimate rolemodel of leadership, as personified in King Jesus, the Christ, the Son of God, Creator of Heaven and Earth, should form the basis of all leadership training, no matter which level of leadership we are looking at.
Loving. Caring. Empowering. Healing. Guiding. Mentoring. Discipling. Sacrificial. Inspirational. Offering clarity. Purposeful. Responsible. Emphathetic. Giving direction in a world that has lost its “North Star”, its anchor.
Yes, we need leaders who can bring people together to live and work together towards building a BETTER life -not just for the few, but embracing everyone!
In the world we have trouble, but – let’s be encouraged – Jesus Christ has overcome the worldly systems and shows us in the Bible, how we too can defy evil, so that it shall flee from our relationships and environment, no matter where we are.
I’ve always been touched by the quotation attributed to a man by the name of Edward Burke:
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”
I believe that God has called me to share business and leadership knowledge and skills based on his Word – the Bible – to encourage good men and good women to do something in the face of worldly systems, which so often succumb to influences which appeal to the most base of human nature.
Instead, we who already know this are called to live BETTER, and to inspire everyone around us to want to BE BETTER too!
So, let’s join forces and learn to become SALT & LIGHT in this world – following biblical governance approaches and our incredible role-model, King Jesus, the Christ.
