We have personally worked with a large number of children, teenagers and youth over the past 30 years, helping them to navigate their first steps into adulthood. And we have come to the conclusion that our current standardised education system – which has its roots in the Industrial Age, preparing people to work in factories or as employees – is simply not geared to the new times we’re living in! Through contact with education  and development specialists in South Africa, Europe, the USA, as well as in Australia and Asia, over the past more than twenty years, we have researched, reflected on, piloted, reviewed and developed this innovative approach to all-round education, to bring real answers—and real results!

Originally, the focus was on out-of-school youth, but it is very clear that the challenges our children face actually start in Primary School already – even in their pre-school years.

This isn’t a ‘trend’. It’s a return to the way we humans have been created by God to learn and adopt the values and behaviours which help us to stand out as leaders and rolemodels for others in this world, while including newest knowledge, methodologies and state-of-the-art technology, supported by science.
